Shipping
All orders are shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number. Depending on the destination, we can only provide an approximate delivery date. The typical delivery time is approximately one week, except for shipments to Asia, which may take longer.
We are not responsible for any additional delays caused by Canada Post.
Local taxes and customs duties may apply depending on the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 business days from the date of receiving the product to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to return the product in perfect condition. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed via the same credit card used for the original payment.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Any damage or loss during the return process will be the customer’s responsibility.
